We will be having a volunteer meeting this Wednesday at 7:00 PM in CPE 2.208 for anyone that has either committed to volunteering or is interested in doing so.

We will need the most volunteers for the Saturday morning Road Race. You will need to be at the race site by 7:00 AM and there will be a carpool out there for those that do not have their own vehicles leaving from the CPE back parking lot at 6:20 AM.

Volunteers will be assigned to the following jobs, you can help with more than one race:

Road Race 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM

• Registration - 2 people
• Corner Marshalls - 12
• Drivers for lead and Follow Cars - 8

Time Trial - 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM

• Corner Marshalls - 6 people
• Start Support - 2 people
• Finish Support - 2 people

Criterium - Sunday 7:00AM-12:00 PM

• Corner Marshalls - 6 People
• Support - 3 people

All volunteers receive an event t-shirt and free pizza on Sunday. Gas will be paid for those driving their own vehicles for lead and follow cars.
