Friends of Texas Cycling

While cycling is not a varsity sport at the University, we often compete against well funded varsity programs. With the help of our sponsors and supporters, we are able to stay competitive and give riders the support they need to develop and be successful in a sport that is often cost prohibitive. We also hope to offer scholarships in the near future to promising student athletes who demonstrate a strong commitment to success both on the road and in the classroom.

Friends of Texas Cycling was established to give individuals the opportunity not only to support the team but to become involved. Friends of Texas Cycling donors receive benefits such as official Texas Cycling team apparel, discounts on additional clothing, entry into the Sweatin’ Burnt Orange Bike Tour and an invitation to our monthly Friends of Texas Cycling Ride. We also send out a bimonthly newsletter with our latest news and race results.

We hope you will consider supporting us — even small donations go a long way towards supporting our team in its endeavors.
